The rambling begins...

Dear god Kaos... we're one post in and you're rambling already. I doubt anyone who started reading that actually got to the end with a GCS of more than 3.

Ah yes... there he goes again with the WE...
Phase 2 has so far been 6 blocks of "Guess what... i've organised US an A&E night shift tomorrow" (without checking with me) and i've lost count of the number of clinics, teaching sessions and ward rounds i was signed up for without even knowing. In some ways Kaos is like my secretary... who forgets to tell me what he's organised for US until the last moment.

Yes Tanzania shall be an interesting experience. Apparently i'll be helping people without the use of anything sharp. Great. I get to ask ICE in Swahili instead. Oh joy.

To be honest if we get home without A)Kaos dying on a mountain, or B)Me being eaten by a lion whilst tyring to get "just a little closer" for the perfect photo, i'll consider it a success.
